Making your rear cab mounts!!   Here's a rear cab mount for a 56 ford.   All mounts will be a little different.   I wanted to keep the bushings and use the original connections on the cab.   These mounts will have to be modified to fit your needs. The next picture will explain what I had to do to make my mounts work.   In the middle picture I cut the mount in half and put a 4” w x 11” L x 3/8” Thick extension. (Your mounts will vary)

What I had to do is extend the original mount by 11"  I did this because I raised the cab up to clear the bell housing on the manual transmission.  Do what ever you need to do to secure the rear of your cab to the frame.

In the last picture I used 3" x 3" x 6" angle to make lugs to weld to the frame.  This is how you could fasten your rear cab bracket to your frame.   I used a stainless steel pin until I could go out and buy some hardened bolts.
